Garcia claims it is somewhere in Germany because "that's where the tour started." That is Munich, except we have amateur audio of the show, and there is no RTT performance. I narrowed down the DWT shows in Germany to these two: Ludwigshafen (rest of amateur video not shared yet) and Bayreuth (no footage or audio). The other ones (Cologne, Bremen, etc.) are ruled out because we have either footage or audio of them. It could either be those two, Garcia is talking about dress rehearsals before the Munich show where there was an audience for some reason (probably that) , or Garcia has just made a mix-up with some other venue.
