They dont care aboute us sampleo esta cancion?

The whole song is African inspiration, African drums, the chorus the same, the call and response tradition. There are articles out there but can't seem to find them now such as this https://www.pezjax.com/the-social-cultural-relevance-of-they-dont-care-about-us/
If we are stretching and focusing only on seeing samples or inspirations that are not there only because it's MJ, let's turn the page and see how Billie Jean served for two big hits, Like a virgin and When the doves cry, how Billie Jean,,shuffle,, was further the inspiration for his The Way you make me feel and not Tear for fears song, or hear the classical music inspiration and the DNA of his African-American roots in his albums.
I've listened to the song but honestly I don't find any similarity whatsoever, just how the idea a chorus is working, I don't know how to explain, no, it's not there, no matter how you stretch it.

I totally agree with the last point; on the other hand, what I'm stressing is well known: it was his mother who suggested a shuffle rhythm based on this song from the duo: " Everybody Wants to Rule the World.";)
Well known from where? What's the source? Sorry, I'm just asking, really.
