What will it take for us to stop Defamation of MJ?
It reported Wade is begging for more victims. Now this may seem like it says he is trying to make that DA style "ham sandwich", ** but as a very wise person recently said: "We had been....lulled into believing we were pass this and could just focus on supporting Michael physical legacy.
While we were "lulled", busy voting, ogling Michael and arguing we got bushwhacked.
Without us knowing a new law was presented in CA. It will extend the Statue of Limitation, increasing age cut off for persons filing civil suits for claims of molestation. Just in time to cover Wade.
You cannot cover all bases in life, but if there are trouble spots you try to take care of them.
It is like living in what you consider a decent area and suddenly there are reports of burglary and property destruction. The reports show the homes where the burglaries took place, but were not touched had either a dog or some visible warning sign about security.
It does not mean a determined burglar could not get in, but why go to your house when your neighbor is unprotected or makes it easy? The sight of the dog or security sign is a deterrent and the dog's bark or bite and the security alarm is a tool.
Something which may have stopped Wade from making a false allegation or if that did not work, could still be a possible tool is the California Anti-defamation Legacy Law. (CADeFLAW)
What will it take? How many more to come up with their new and improved story? Watching Taj Jackson hounded by the Tabloids and turned into the newest Late Night Host or Comedian joke? Are we to see Taj mocked, because in order show who his Uncle was he shared how his Uncle Michael tried to protect him from the very kind of person he is accused of being? (how do you think MJ lost so much of his money.... civil suits & lawyer fees)
