Por lo que entiendo, inéditas. Hay una en particular que es del año 2005 y en su mirada se puede ver todo el pesar que llevaba en el alma.

Hi Giuseppe, thanks for sharing the pictures. I have a question about the one from the trial. On April 23, 2005 there were no session in Santa Maria and also MJ never wore a leather jacket to the trial. Can you clarify it, please? Thanks again!

It is a great pleasure to answer you; the photos are not from the trial in Santa Maria. I never actually attended the hearings, even though I would have liked to show my support for MJ—as many fans did during those terrible weeks. The photos are from a morning when he had no hearings and was in Los Angeles for a private engagement (which I obviously did not attend, as it was not my business and I do not know what it was about). I was there with him because, in addition to having sporadic contact with him, for years I supported his humanitarian activities, private parties, and fan events at Neverland (working with the MJFC—for instance, on "The Celebration of Love" in 2003, where I was part of the organizing team, and "Heal the Kids," where I helped support the activities, etc.). I believe he didn't have any hearings in Santa Barbara that day—at least not in the morning. I have seen that jacket in other photos before.
I hope this explanation is thorough. Please excuse me for writing in English; I don't know Spanish very well, even though it is similar to Italian (my native language).

La foto que compartió Giuseppe Massola se parece a las del juicio en 2005, especialmente a este día (no sé exactamente esta fecha, pero por la mirada de MJ podría haber sido tomada ese mismo dia desde otro ángulo). Claro que no tengo 100% certeza, pero es realmente muy parecida a mi parecer.
