You know I was thinking when I saw the behind the scenes parts for Black or white short film, there is a moment where some dancers, his body double and MJ and Landis are playing the game,, who's the real Michael Jackson...the real MJ please stand up,, something like this. I don't know much Eminem, I don't like or understand this ...music genre, but I think that from here it comes his,,the real slim shady please stand up,,.
Same with Chris Brown"s nickname- Breezy- it's from Shake your body Yokohama 87, when MJ is singing ,,breezy,, instead of ,,body,,. Same with Bad Bunny, it's from the Speed Demon short film, one of MJ's chaser is saying ,,Bad (guy) bunny,,..( I know of these cats only because of MJ).

De ser así, en el caso sobre todo del Bad Bunny sería la hostia en tanto que si bien en mi caso detesto a ese "artista", dada-por otro lado-la gran popularidad de la que goza en este país y latinoamérica, el poder asegurar que su nick viniera de Speed Demon, a la multitud de seguidores, estará superguay.✌️
Quiero decir, que la sombra alargada de Jackson llegue hasta ese punto.

These are my findings and I'm sure that MJ is the source. I don't know much about Bad Bunny, what I see indirectly and I think that he mentioned MJ as one of his influences. I see MJ in so many and I'm sure that he is the source, the man is too special to not recognize this. Come on, you remember in the Grammy nights in 84 ( oh, I hope the year is right, I'm bad with dates) a MAN kissed MJ's gloved hand?? He influenced actors too, we can go on and on. When I see comparisons, it's a little bit too much of a stretch. Michael Jackson was received like a dignitary in other countries, even by president's, he wasn't treated like a music star but like a royalty...
I'm a she :) you're funny, lol. But I can take a punch or two, no worries.
 
Lo que quiero decir, que una cosa es que sean las componendas, deducciones, conjeturas -mas o menos plausibles incluso -de uno y otra que se de con una fuente contrastada del asunto, lo de bad bunny en este caso.

Pero que oye, por mi parte estaría entusiasmado, no es por falta de ganas de que así fuera de facto, xp!

I understand you, but for me this is obvious...I saw a picture with this guy with bunny ears I think and he is one of the new artists that compares himself with MJ. I don't know more, I divorced from any social media a while ago, it's too much noise and too much. There are tons of people that grew up with him Pussycontrol, including people from the industry. Anyone wanted to be MJ, anyone wants to be MJ. Except that instead of hard work and real talent they have social media and the people's opinions and the media support;)
 
Any smart artist will present a mythical story about his beginnings. The coincidence is nevertheless there.
But I've read the link,thanks. Little they know these ,,big,, names from today that someone like me is finding out about their existence only because my interest in MJ. I had no idea who is Drake, Chris Brown, Usher, Bad Bunny and lots of them, Lamar and the co.

Anyway this whole story with MJ buying Eminem's music as a response is a speculation that I see has legs online. Besides his ATV Music Publishing company MJ had at some point a stake of 12% in EMI Music Publising ( with acts such as Ozzy, Eminem, GaGa, Taylor Swift).
According to Zack O'Malley ,,Michael Jackson Ink,, in 2012 Sony/ATV ( the merger between Sony and MJ in 1995) bought EMI publishing making Sony/ATV the world's largest publishing company in the world. We know that 4 yrs later the Estate sold its part to Sony.
I don't find the exact date when MJ invested in the EMI for those 12% stake. But here I think that it's a little bit of folklore that he bought Eminem because of that stupid song.
As well the folklore that got legs with MJ fighting with 2pac.

Because he is that influential. Until Pussycontrol told me Bad Bunny 's story, I thought that Speed Demon was the influence for his stage nickname.
But Chris Brown is a massive MJ fan and he doesn't hide it. And M&M's ,,the real slim shady,, stuff sounds exactly like the game MJ played with Landis and some dancers and his body double when they were filming Black or White.
