I've looked around and people are saying either ,,batho,, from ,,everybody,, either ,,body,, from ,,Shake your body/ your batho,, which started during the Victory tour. He also used ,,shake your cracho- at least this is what I hear, lol, instead of body, or ,, shake your batho,, or ,,your breezy,,- I suppose that from here C. Brown took his nickname.
For me it sounds more logical to be translated as ,,everybody,,. For example in Yokohama, Osaka, during the same song he was saying, "Pecky!" and there was a cameraman named Pecky in his crew.
Or perhaps being such a hard-core Three stooges fan he was thinking at their episode with a miraculous shoe polish named ,, Brigtho,,.
...and I myself hear ,,batso,,. In Rock with you he says ,,mat..sey,, then ,,batso,, then ,,matso,, so its ,,jacksonese,, for sure.

Michael was ad-libbing the "part of" part of the lyrics to "Another Part of Me."
