Yes, exactly about this different lens of perspective I was talking about when it comes to MJ. Perhaps during translation things are misinterpreted, I hope not!!
I know about the fact that MJ was around such a trippy world, and he was against such high, he also said in his autobiography and in another interview that he doesn't judge those who are doing it, but it's not for him.
I observe fan's channels and boy it's murkier as times goes by. Half thruths, tabloid crap, fake stories, and superficial judgement. After all truth doesn't matter, it's about clicks and views. For example I've tried to watch a series made by Hannah Savanah and I had to stop it ( one of her sources is a book written by one of the questionable doctors around MJ, see they write books, or give interviews with crocodile tears but the man is solely judged and six feet under, one would expect in a fair world that all these rats to be held responsible too). She was talking about the use of propofol and playback, and boy the views on this series are in big number. The tone used is so ...morally superior somehow, a little bit sarcastic, instead I would expect an in depth investigation and answers to such things, why this why that, how come this very disciplined man arrived at the point to become dependent on such heavy painkillers, what were the factors for the later use of playback. Even among fans you don't find a normal attitude, at least of respect towards the man himself. What to say when you hear his vitiligo thing being questioned again and again.
Thus I stopped watching these fan channels and I just search for myself, enjoy his music, and I'm trying to understand his life from a place of respect and empathy.
